Your membership is non-transferable and applies only to the original member and the home described in the agreement.

3. Membership Benefits

Home Protect Club provides members with a benefit that covers a portion of their homeowner’s insurance deductible in the event of a claim, subject to the terms of the agreement. The benefits include:

• A Standard Membership that covers up to $1,000 in deductible costs.
• A Premium Membership that covers up to $2,000 in deductible costs.

These benefits are valid for three years from the date of purchase, or until the benefit is used, whichever comes first.

4. Use of Website and Services

You agree to use the website and services for lawful purposes only and not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, or international laws.
• Interfere with or disrupt the website's functionality or security.
• Impersonate any person or entity or mislead others regarding your affiliation with Home Protect Club.

We reserve the right to terminate your account if we believe you have violated these Terms.

5. Payment and Fees

By becoming a member of Home Protect Club, you agree to pay the membership fee based on the selected plan (Standard or Premium). The fee is due at the time of purchase and is non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy. All prices are exclusive of taxes and fees, which may vary depending on your location.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Home Protect Club provides the website and services “as is” without any warranties or representations, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We disclaim all warranties related to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information on our website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Protect Club is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the website or services, including any damages related to claims, membership benefits, or any third-party content.

We may suspend or terminate your membership if you breach any of these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your membership benefits will also terminate, and you will no longer have access to the services.

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The laws of the state where Home Protect Club is based (Florida) will govern these Terms.
