When you sign up for Home Protect Club you will pay $499 for a basic 3 year Membership with the Benefit covering up to $1000 deductible or $799 for a 3 year Premium Membership providing a Membership Benefit of up to $2000. This can possibly be financed into your Home Purchase contract so may pay $0 out of pocket. Or you can easily use your Credit Card, PayPal or Apple Pay account on the website.
Your membership is good for 3 years or until you file a claim for your benefit, whichever comes first.
If you have a $499 Basic Membership benefit the Club will pay up to $1000 and may reduce your insurance premium cost. (Up to $2000 benefit paid on your behalf with a Premium Membership) Statista estimates this will save you about $400 per year in insurance cost. In case of a Claim, Home Protect Club pays your deductible, so you don’t have to. We will work directly with your insurance Company. You pay nothing!
Filing a claim for your benefit is simple and easy. Just go to the website and hit the "Claim your Benefit " button. You can upload the necessary information from the website and your claim will be processed add usually within 48 hours. It’s quick and easy!
Home Protect Club will pay a maximum benefit for you up to $2000 with a Premium Membership to cover your unexpected expense of your insurance deductible. We can underwrite a Membership with a higher deductible if you need to cover a higher deductible. If you need this just contact us via email and tell us about your needs. We’ll respond as soon as possible and may customize your benefit for a higher amount.
Unfortunately, the Membership Benefit is nontransferable.
